A F1 Mini-Goldendoodle is a cross between a female Golden Retriever and a male Miniature Poodle. The result is a puppy that is 1/2 Golden Retriever and 1/2 Poodle. The cross of these two breeds produces a dog that is low to non-shedding, weighs around 25-30 pounds, and stands about 14 inches tall at the shoulder. We feel that this breed is the perfect addition to a family. Our dogs are large enough to participate in outdoor activities during the day, but small enough to cuddle up on your lap at night. The coat of our Goldendoodles can vary from wavy to curly. Due to the nature of the cross, we can't guarantee that all of our puppies will be completely non-shedding. If shedding is something you are concerned about, a puppy with a curly coat will be less likely to shed. Golden Retriever's are well known for their temperament and desire to please their master, while poodles are known for being intelligent dogs. We feel that this combination makes for a wonderful breed for dog lovers.
